This year’s 50th festival will be September 6, 7 and 8, at Potawatomi Park, in Rensselaer, but the Lil’ King & Queen Contest is August 29, with a deadline to enter August 22. Festival Vice President Mary Jo Casey, talks about how to register, eligibility, and more.
