Rensselaer City Council Meeting Report 10/14/24

Our news department spoke with Mayor Jeff Phillips on Tuesday (10/15), and he reported on the Board of Public Works and the City Council meetings.  Two new firefighters were sworn in; removing some trees on city property;  a public hearing on the proposal to close Scott Street, at the railroad crossing; the city’s golf cart ordinance; the upcoming ribbon cutting for both Filson Park and the Fire Training Tower; and, more.
