Mayor Phillips has information on the water tower project, including the new tower at the interstate, and refurbishing Rachel Street and Drexel Parkway Water Towers; new decorative lighting on Harrison Street; slight location change for Eagles Fish Fry during Little Cousin Jasper;  Gas Department Building update; Possible AMTRAK funding at the depot; City Council to decide on the possibility of closing the Scott Street crossing at the tracks.  Looking for comments.
