Wreaths Across America, places wreaths upon veteran’s graves in more than 4600 participating locations. including Rensselaer, Jasper County, Wheatfield, and for the first time, the DeMotte area. Chair for the event there and a member of the DeMotte American Legion Auxiliary #440, is Carla Jarrette. We spoke with her about preparing for the day and the day itself.
